Fundament 5: Span

  1. Miracles are natural expressions of total forgiveness. Through miracles, one accepts God's forgiveness by extending it to others. The second step is inherent in the first.

  2. A miracle rearranges the order of perception, and places the levels in their true perspective. This heals at all levels because all sickness comes from the confusing of levels. The prayer for healing is the only legitimate prayer. This is also be seen as a prayer for forgiveness, and may be stated as “God heal me.”

  3. Miracles undo the fallacies of time and circumstance. Miracles can heal the sick and raise the dead because you made both conditions, and can abolish both. Since only eternity is real, time is an illusion. The best use of this illusion is constructive progress.

  4. You are a miracle. God creates only “that which, or one who, is of surpassing excellence or merit.” You are capable of this kind of creation, too, being in the image and likeness of your Creator. Anything else is only your dream, and does not exist. Only the Creations of God are real.

  5. Miracles are a part of a chain of forgiveness which, when completed, is the Atonement. This Atonement process works all the time and in all dimensions of time.
